my brother is born in 1989, and he wants to know if in massachusetts, you can still get a permit at age 16, i cant ask this in th off topic section, because im not too liked there, so you guys dont seem bad, so i wanted to ask you guys btw he is planning on getting a camaro too.

you dont get your permit until you're 16 in mass? graduated licensing in Michigan allows you to get your permit upon completion of drivers education segment 1, which you can enroll in as early as 14 and 9 months.. which i took full advantage of. you can drive alone in mi, at age 16.. just not between midnight and 5 am.. unrestricted at 17.

no because he heard some rumors, that they changed it from age 16 to 18, does anyone know if your born in 1989 does it affect him?
