Is there an adjustment for the clutch on a 98 Cobra? My clutch grabs fine, but the pedal is all the way up.

Unless someone has added an adjustable cable or a firewall type adjuster, you have only one way of "adjusting" your clutch cable. The factory uses a plastic clutch quadrant (up above the clutch pedal) and it adjusts by pulling up on the clutch pedal. However, since your clutch sits at the top, you probably have nothing to adjust.
The other possibility is that your clutch has worn to the point you are "grabbing" towards the top of the pedal travel. In which case, you may need a new clutch.
How many miles on this one??

not sure about a 98 but my 95 has a ratchet adjustment for the clutch pedal located right above the gas pedal
