ive been wonderin for a while now if u can super charge or turbocharge any engine. i mean can u turbo charge a v8 or watnot can u super charge an inline four or six would like to know

It's called dualcharging and the reasons it isn't popular are; it's difficult, it's expensive, and it's pointless. It's far easier to stick with a single form of forced induction and upgrade that if you need more power.

I would argue the "pointless" part.
being a diesel tech, I have worked on many detroit diesel dual charged setups, and the reason, or point, to them being dual charged is this.
When you have a turbo setup, it takes a while for the unit to spool into action. Hence, turbo lag. With a supercharger, it makes power right from idle on up, but you start to notice too much parasitic draw at higher rpm.
Dual charge advantage becomes this. The bottom end is taken care of by the blower, up to a certain preset pressure, at which point the tubos are sufficiently spooled to provide boost beyond that point, without the parasitic loss induced by the supercharger. at this point, the super is along for the ride.
It works very well, but unless you have room to spare, can be a bit of a pain to deal with.

car companies have made supercharged I4s such as the VW g60 corrados and I and V 6s like in the pontiac grand prix comp G gtp or whatever stupid name GM gives them. Aslo companies make kits to supercharge I 4s like hondas. there are a million kits to supercharge B series engines. But in my opinion, such a small engine as a b16 or b18, should be turbocharged, and im sure someone will argue that but its just my opinion so dont get mad.

i agree with turboing the I4's...those always rev really high, so the supercharger would kidna suck at high RPMs. never tried it, but i would think a quick shot of nitrous while the turbo(s) are spooling would work pretty good, but then again i don't get paid to do crazy shit like that

a quick shot of nitrous through a nozzle drilled into the compressor wheel housing at an angle, will not only give the effect of giggle gas, it will help to spool the turbo up more quickly.
