Brake Noise

Dear All,
As we are all aware the Lumina SS has a squeeking brake noise even when the brakes are not applied. The dealer in Dubai has confirmed that the pads have metal components and that the noise is normal. My question to General Motors is were we aware when we purchased the car. I will soon post a few pics of my car and am forced to sell it due to the poor waranty and service provided by General Motors Arabia in Dubai. I have never seen dealers unaware of their products. The staff at the dealer said that the SS is a normal sedan. Sharing the same SS badge of the most powerful american beasts is a normal sports car. If only General Motors in America would know who the customers here are dealing with....... Overall I am extremely disappointed with General Motors.
