I've checked all the vacuum diagrams but I havent seen any with some of the crap next to my MAP sensor Soooo....I just want to make sure I got it all hooked up right. I'm not sure which is the Purge Cut Off valve and which is the Pressure Reg valve. All diagrams I have seen show 2 solenoid valves each with an upper and lower hose fitting. Valve 1 in the pics below has an upper fitting and 2 lower fittings.
Vac line M1 is running from front of TB to MAP
Vac Line L2 (from a T where fuel pressure reg line and back of intake line meet)is running to #2 valve. I tried hooking this line to #1 valve (4th pic) and the car ran like crap.

if i were you i would either switch to a dx/si one or an integra 90-91 one (better). THat will save you alot of headaches. I have both if you need either one pm me.
