1993 integra problems

Hey i have a 1993 integra with 54000 miles on it and i was wondering how come my tail lights do not work. i changed the fuse and every thing works except for the taillights. also my car idles at 800 rpm put when it idles the whole car shakes and the steering wheel shakes very bad. I already check the mounts and they are good. oh and im am selling after i find out what the problem is. if anyone is interested email me at [email protected] thanks.
