build up your sr unless you want to get 600+ hp

what are you going to use the s15 for? if u want to drift definately keep the sr20. if you want to go fast on the straight then i would agree with gabe, only consider an rb26dett swap (r34 engine) if u want to go above 600 hp.
anyway, it will cost you a sh*t load for the swap. here in new zealand it would cost you about 10-12 grand just for the engine, and to get the bugger in there my guess is about 7-8 grand (might be cheaper), its a mission. also, the twin turbo will not fit in the s15, so you are gonna have to get a new turbo on top of that. all together your gonna have to spent 20k+.
my opinion: keep the sr! its a good engine, but if you really wanna get a swap or you have to anyway, you might want to consider getting an r32 or a r33 engine.
i recommend the r32 swap because:
1)its soo much easier and cheaper
2)it will not damage the balance of the car, some even say it makes the balance better
3)if u are going to do it up then it will be cheaper getting after market parts for the r32 engine compared to the other two.
-sorry for the long post, if i am wrong about anything please feel free to correct me,
cheers
