I'm looking it on a shelf at LHS and the dealer don't know what color it is
Is it gray, white or clear? :screwy:
How good is this primer vs. Tamiya Primer?
Thanks!

Haha

do a search, and don't buy this crap.

Seriously, it'S the worst primer you can find.. It's totally unsandable, never dry, and came badly out of the can.
Same for ModelMaster Primer (except it came out better of the can, still crap anyway)

Edit: for your information, it's medium Gray (too dark for any color other than gray, black or very dark blue)

so it's crap ...
OK I'll order some Tamiya primer from outer country. Is size/content of the Tamiya and Revell cans the same?

Testor 3 ounces
Tamiya 6 ounces of paint

so Tamiya primer is more expensive, but not that much if you consider you get the double

In my case Revell's primer would cost me 11,25 USD and Tamiya primer 9,8 USD. So either one or another way the only answer is Tamiya :naughty: cool.
Thanks many times!

Vric, is all model master paint bad from the can? I was thinking of buying some of it for a 69 charger.

They are Worst that tamiya yes.

Model Master is the same paint as Testor (exactly the same) Except Model Master use better nozzle and have higher pressure in the can, so it's a bit easyer to paint than Testor one.

Still, if you can, get tamiya, else, Model Master will work.. forget testor unless you airbrush it

I would use with pleasure BUT (our country again) we don't have grey or white plastic primer - the ones with filler. We only have clear one :banghead:
I was also looking for grey or white Acrylic Automotive primer and they also doesn't exist, over here
