you would need a really, really, really light chasis with stock b18c5. i dont think it can be done. but i could be wrong.

i think you can do it with a type-R.... i have my zc i ran 9.58 all motor in the 1/8th i'm not sure what that is in the 1/4th but... i have only 130hp. and type-r has what? 200? i'm sure it could be done. (but just to be safe i'd look into some kinda boost also)

If you can get traction, you may hit 12s with a raceweight of 2200 while making 160-180whp.

Are you looking to build a drag-only car? Look to spend some time and money on it.

With my friend's shop's trailer, we trailered another shop guy's CRX to last Saturday's "Detroit meets Japan" event here in Arizona (Speedworld Motorplex), and kinda helped as a "pit crew".

He only got one good run in at 11.1. His best has been a 10.9. He was hoping to break into the tens this time again, and frankly, his car seemed to have more in it, as he seemed to bog a bit during the 11.1 run.

Anyhow, he's running all-motor with simply a (very) tweaked B18C1, in a gutted CRX, with a fiberglass hood/fender replacement, Lexan windows, and fiberglass doors. About 1500lbs race-weight, give or take.

He's mentioned in here: http://www.modified.com/events/articles/?13-410032.html

Name's Eddie Meza.

It was fun, last Saturday. There were two Supras running mid/high 9's, and a third was running in the high 8's. All street legal.
