Rear Suspension Problems

When letting off the gas while coming to an exit on the highway, I have a real bad sway in the rear end of the car? Could this be the Toe Link Rod adjustment or worn out parts? I plan on doing a complete overhaul of all the rear suspension parts but would like to address this problem 1st.. Thanks for replies :uhoh:

Just a FYI ....I took the rear L and R Inner tie rods off and one came off as 2 pieces. Gonna replace all rear components this wek end.
