anti sway bars

hey i just got some new anti sway bars and i am wondering how do i install them on my 89 240? does it require alot of work and approx how much time will it take?

they are actually kinda easy to do as far as a suspension mod is concerned, not as easy as strut tower bars but a lot easier to install then springs or struts.
they should come with instructions, if not simply get under your car and check it out. A sway bar is held on by two D brackets in the middle and two endlinks, one on each side. Usually those parts come with sway bars and are polyeurathane, which by itself helps the cars handling a great deal when compared to worn out rubber bushings and endlinks.
