Tearz is right, it's tranny fluid if auto, and gear oil if manual. I just did mine at a little under 50k, but I got the car when it was at 42k, I don't know if the previous owner changed it, but it still looked ok. I read somewhere that it is recommended every 30k under hard driving conditions, so you could probably go longer, but 30k is a good recommendation as tearz said for preventative maintainence. If you have a manual, remember to do your rear differential, transfer case, and transaxle. There is a link somewhere on www.stealth316.com that shows where all the drain/fill plugs are and has recommended brands of oil. I just did it and my shifting between gears improved noticeably.
