Wonderful Problems

Been a while since i posted on here. Since I've gotten my Maxima, i've run into a few problems. Needed CV joint, new rear caliper, new brakes, rotors turned. Now, i'm experiencing problems with the performance and the transmission. I know my KS is dead, so i did the bypass with the resistor but it still feels sluggish. Some days it feels great, others it feels less than impressive, which is more often than not. I've also had a problem when rolling to a stop, without fully stopping i give it some gas and it revs to about 2 grand and then starts to go. It doesn't really feel like a slip, but just like the motors turning and the trans doesn't want to do anything. I've been told by an experienced gearhead (lol) that it could be my torque convertor on it's way out. I just put that lucas stop slip in the trans tonight but didn't notice any difference. If any one has any idea on these problems, please let me know. The group over at the .Org has been less that helpful lately, so i figured i should try here for one last effort.
