air bag light

air bag dash light on my 99 four wheel drive keeps flashing. what does it mean and how do i reset it.

Has *any* work been done to the truck recently? Is it a steady pules or is it flashing a code? I assume it flashes all the time not just at start up? Also try the ole' reset tactic. Disonnect the battery for like 10 min and then reconnect and see if that does the trick.
