wanting to put cd player in

What kinda of dash kit do i need to get for my 2000 malibu? right now i jsut have the cassett player and wanting to put cd in. thanks! :icon16:

For the dash kit go to any car audio store and they will have one. A dash kit is just the black piece around the cd player that covers everything. You might have to also get the parts to actually hold the cd player in if you do get them with the cd player.

Yeah your fine, go to any car audio store or place like it. They should give you a GM kit all their models should be same aournd that year. THe fill in kit will cover the empty space around your Deck. The wireing harness, will clip into your existingwires and go to the back of the CD Deck. It might be about $25 or $30 bucks. $10 for harness $15 for fillin kit. Its all worth it, you dont wana ghetto rigged system. If you gota spend a few bucks extra doin stuff the right way its all worth it trust me.
