Power Door Locks

The power door locks on my 1999 Astro Van Passenger side quit working my remote will work all but that one. Also the drivers side power door lock switch will unlock but not lock. Is there a way to lubricate without removing the door panels? It is also hard to open passenger door with a key. I have sprayed WD-40 in the door with a straw but I am not sure I hit the right spot.
