Help!!!!!

On Friday I had an accident. My poor car is in a little bit of a state. I slamed into the back of somebody. My fault, I shoud have had my eye on the road not the chick walking down the street! :rolleyes:

The car was taken to a panel beaters where it was assesed. At the moment things are touch and go if it will be a right off or not. Its a R32 GTS25 insured for 5000.

I'm sort of stuck for what to do. They have told me if I can find these two things for a decent price they will do the work. They are:

A front bar/frame (not too sure what this is). Does anybody know how much one of these will cost?
And a front spoiler, I would really like to have one of Fry's GTR spoilers fitted. Am I dreaming.

Sorry I did not have long to talk to the guy about how much I roughly have to spend I will do it tomorrow. At the moment I dont really have enough details, but am missing my car, and know you guys are always full of good advice!

Other problem is I know nothing about the panel beater the car is at, is it worth going somewhere that has a good rep?

Hope u get it all sorted :)

The front bar is the front bumper,frame is the steel frame it is bolted to.Sort of a skeletion for the bumper.Should pick up a second hand one (complete) for $150-$200.Best bet is to find out how much you have to spend and all the other parts you need. eg radiator,air con,radiator ,support panel, radiator,headlights, front gaurds,bonnet etc. Where do you live??
