alright, heres the deal. My friend just got an ulcer a week or so ago so hes undergone a HUGE diet change. He figures, what the hell, might as well go all the way and get into a great physique. He actually has a minimal gut, the only problem is his azz. Its just naturally big. (yes, this is for my friend, ya'll have seen my pic anyways :p)
So, what kind of exercises can he do to straighten up his physique and lose the ghetto booty?

Lunges are great. Some people believe that squats have a tendency of broadening the hips. I'm not sure if that's the case though. I have never had a problem with that. I think once he looses the fat he will see some of the "Ghetto boot-ay" go away.

Duck walks. Get him to walk around the room totally squatted. Do it til he drops, when he gets good, do it while holding weights. Ride bikes, rollerblade, and daring to state the obvious of a big butt, get him a PROPRER DIET and get off his arse!!
