S-AFC vs. Fuel Pressure Riser

I have been told that you cannot use the two of them in conjunction with each other. I tried to get someone experienced in tuning the S-AFC and they said that the box is pretty much worthless and tuning it is more like a guessing game than any real logic ( I tried to print the manual off of Apex-i's website, something is wrong with it ). I have an AEM Fuel Pressure Riser sitting in my center console. Does anyone know if I should stick with the S-AFC or take it off and run the Pressure Riser by itself. I read that the proper fuel pressure is 55 psi + 1 psi for every pound of boost that is used, which comes out to 70 psi! That seems way too much fuel which is why I am reluctant to use the riser & stick w/ the hack. Anybody have any similar setups or pressure risers? what psi do you run on your cars? Have any luck tuning the S-AFC yourselves.
