Keyless Entry Wires WHERE!!!

Ok I have an Avital Alarm and I cant figure out how to get this keyless entry to work. It gives diagrams but they dont really help at all. In the directions it says the alarm provides a .75 second 300 MA (-) output for lock and unlock. What the hell does that mean and how do I wire it? I have hooked everything else fine just cant figure this out will someone please help me!!!:o
