dyeing dash pannels

What products or techniques can I use to dye or change colors on vinyl dash panels.

Dupli-Color sells a whole line of spray paints designed for dash pads. They're easy to use, but as with any painting, prep work is important...clean and oil-free surface. Almost any auto parts store will have it. Good luck!
