Does anyone have any experience with the JET chips? I'm very interested in buying one for my truck. I just want the stage 1 becaues the only mods I have are Flowmaster exhaust. They claim 17-22 hp, so that would be substantial for only $149 (I think)
I'm just wondering if anybody has one or knows anything about them. I'm kinda afraid it might hurt my engine since it has 117,000 miles. Its a 350 by the way with 700R-4 auto tranny.

i herd that the chip can cause detination in an engine but i don't know if that is true.
i got one for my 4.3 and it didn't give that much of a gain, all it did i think is increase the fuel consumsion and raise the shift lamp to a higher rpm. MPFI is where the jet chip performs best.

heard that. Sure don't want that to happen. So I'll probably just stick with the TB spacer.
