I'm assuming by GSR, you're talking about the older Integra GS-R. If that is the case, here are some stats for you:

GS-R(2dr) - 170hp, 128 ft-lbs., max torque @6200 rpm, max HP @7600 rpm, weight - 2572 lbs.

Base RSX - 160hp, 141 ft-lbs, max torque @6500 rpm, max HP @6500 rpm, weight - 2694 lbs.

The RSX has a little more torque and HP maxes out lower which will get you going quicker, but it does have 10 less HP and weigh a little more.

I would probably get the GSR, since it will be cheaper, and with the savings, make mods to get it to perform better - carbon fiber hood, CAI, and possibly a turbo kit. It will probably end up costing you about the same price as an RSX base, but you'll definitely have a much faster car.

Hope this helps.

Depends, the GSR is gonna be better for mods right now, the RSX will have potential later on. I'd probably get the GSR, but if it was a Used Type S vs. GSR i'd take the RSX.
