Well the rs and gs have 420a and the gst and gsx have the 4g63 spyder has 4g64.
so you have a 420A
1 gen is specific to 89-94 eclipse/talon/laser cars
2 gen is specific to 95-99 eclipse/talon cars
3 gen is specific to 2000+ eclipse cars :sunglasse
so you have a 420A

So, it definitely doesn't take the 4g63 to be fast! ;)
actually it kinda does.. i dont see 12.7 as being fast, the fastest RS/GS in the world is 11.5 and i still dont see that as fast (its quick but not fast!), now when you look at John Shepard's car, that is fast! so its basically however you want to go! its not goin to be cheap but you will definately like the gain... although it will be a lot cheaper if you know how to work on cars and the basics about the motor before you try to turbo it, that way you can save on labor costs (it only costs your time!)

can we say humble? what are you trying to show the ladies how much of a nice guy you are? LMAO when you take a car that's only design built into it to be fast was to look fast [rs] and run 12s in it all customized out with proper N2O as well, you got a fast car. a GSX/TSi compared to Shep's is OK, but to compare a RS to a AWD model, apples and oranges my friend...
oh and welcome to the boards dude!
