Here's my completed Tamiya NSX modeled after one of my good friend's 1:1 car. I replicated everything from the exhaust to the Volk Racing Wheels, even the carbon goodies under the engine cover. I would like to give a big thanks to Tonioseven for the wheels and decals. :sunglasse

Sweet!!!
I like the exhaust system duplication...routing with polished tips and muffler look spot on!
Looks like it might need some fender flares to cover those huge meats!

I agree 100% It was either the new Aoshima S-parts wheels or the older smaller looking TE37s.
My mate is pretty stoked about having his car built, since he gave me the kit when he quit this hobby, only to buy the real thing as a hobby. Lucky bastard.
Thanks for looking everyone.

It's a very good kit. It's just the A pillars are too thin. I suggest you leave the supports on until you decide to paint the black around the window. Who am I kidding? I'm sure you know that since you are a master at modeling. :sunglasse

How in the world did I miss this!!?! AWESOME job!! Perhaps changing the tires to the thinner VIP tires would help?

The wheels looked a bit large to me as well, untill I went back to the pix of the real car.
Very nice detail considering the simplicity of the kit supplied parts.

Thanks moderators for fixing the thread title. :sunglasse I agree that VIP tires would look better, but since I don't have any these tires will work.
