Blow off valve is already on your car stock...its a closed atmosphere one. It is necessary if you have turbos..as it releases pressure from the turbos that surges when you are hard on the throttle and then let off to decelerate or shift. The BOV vents this air surge out and keeps your turbos safe. An aftermarket BOV isn't necessary until you start running more than 14.5psi or upgrade your turbos.
