Well at first I was told it was my throw out bearing which sounds right. THen I was told I can adjust my clutch and get more life out of it. Their is supposed to be a bolt and I'm supposed to tighten it. THis all started because my clutch is making this grinding sound activated or not just all around. So let me know what u think :banghead:

Ok, get under the car and find the linkage to the clutch fork. Follow that untill you find the adjuster, you can't miss it. Just make sure you go a little at a time because by the time it gets back to the pedal, a little goes a long way.

so the sound goes away when you press in the clutch and when your crusing, if so thats definatly your throw out bearing, i would reconmend a replacement asap, and the stars i think when it gets to 50 you become a af regular and 100 its like enthusiast

Sounds like you just need to replace your clutch man. If it's making noise all the time then I'd go ahead and replace the whole damn thing.
