HELP wires hanging out of the bottom of my car

well i walked outside to my car this morning and there were three wires unnattached to anything, I found where they were supposed to plug in and followed the wires, theres a black wire, a red wire and a yellow wire, i followed them and they plug into a something that says power relay basically directly behind my passenger headlight under the hood, what are these wires and should i plug them back into each other? the car has a ZC swap so i was thinking they may just be wires that dont need to be plugged in but i dont know can anyone help me?

Is the car running fine? Then I wouldn't suggest putting them back in. Just cover then in electric tape.
