Eclipse GS V.S Civic SI

what do you think would win stock for stock 2000 civic SI or 97 Eclipse GS when I'm good at driving and the civic kid sucks?

Is ur GS standard? Or is any car that ur about to race that is standard or their all automatic? If you has standard I think you couls take him. Yea..some hedders and some exaust should smoke the crud outta that Tin can Civic. Anyone know any good webites to order parts from?? That are very cheap but good. I know that Overboost.com is really expensive but..yea..just post if you got any good sites..

I dunno guys were talking about an SI here... unless he has auto and you have stick + very good driver, he would probably own you.

Of course this doesn't mean you can't race him for fun anyways.

Like I had a little race the other day with a 240hp WRX and even though it was faster I still stayed with her (in traffic @ 30mph).

OK... here is what you do:

1. walk up to the guy and smack his girl in the ass

2. tell her to lose some weight
2a. bitch-slap the BF before he thinks he is tough and is still in shock

3. ask her if she wants her underware she left in your car.
3a. bitch-slap the BF again, just for fun this time.

4. challenge him to a dual, old school style [that means slap him again]

5. place a wager for his GF if you win, and he can keep her if you lose [say this quickly before he comes out of the daze]

7. fake like you are going to slap him agian, then laugh when he flinches.

8. race like you have never raced before and schmoke his ass!

k well this is the exact scenario, this kid is talking shit and he doesn't even have a car, the SI I've been talking about is his sisters car...it's a 2000 SI (stick) and it's stock, and my car is a 97 Eclipse (stick) and mine has exhaust, he can't drive worth shit and I can drive good, I'm thinking with all that in mind I should be able to beat him or is my car that shitty??, and another thing I really wanna try to make my car fast, people say with a gs that's hard, anyone know of any good turbo's that aren't like 8 grand that I may look into?

just go race and find out by modding your car and race him again! we cant tell you exactly what you need just to beat him... if you really want to beat him spend a grand on a Nitrous setup or spend a couple grand on a turbo setup!
