http://www.scaledreams.com sells door hinge kits.
Alternatively, there is a tutorial on making door hinges here:

I was giving a go on these little hinges (similar to your door) I got from my hobby shop. It's tricky buy it's worth a shot.

Things to watch out for are:
- How much your door can/can not swing.
- Door pivot.
- Make sure you have the door swings straight out, not sag down or up.

I use brass for all of my hinges. Works real well.

right now, i'm using bits of sprue that i drill a hole for to insert brass rods bent into shape.

what i've noticed so far is that you have to shave down body work to a fine point so that the inside edge of the doors can swing free from and into the body.

...really badly worded but i'm sure someone understands me...

i got a little progress thread going on about my GT3 on which i've taken the doors off.
i've only just managed to get one side working smoothly so pics and new report will be up in a day or two.

Hi,

I put instructions of the way I do it in this thread, Hinges (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=216202)
Maybe it will be of some help, maybe not, but it works for me OK.
Good luck

Richie
