limp mode cause and effect

no matter what i do i cant seem to stop my tranny from going into limp mode i have replaced bothe sensors and the solenoid and still limp. i have gottwn the following codes as well
36 Fault immeddiatley after a shift
53 gear ratio error in third
what is the remdy to these codes and is there anything else i can do? any info would be vastly appreciated bcause i am at my wits end. if you have a hunch or some info email me

You should probably let a dealer or mechanic take care of that. It sounds like problems that you probably won't be able to handle, or fix correctly.

Try going to a dealer and have them perform a "quick learn" on the trans.
