Hi all
I just found the group.
My dad is leaving me his 1973 Dodge Dart Swinger with only 7,731 miles! yes less then Eight thousand!
The car was in storage for 27 years, it has been on the road for the
last 2. But my dad parked it on the street; and because of thet it's
taken 2 dents. and some trim is pealing off, think some kids tried to
pull it off.
Anyways aside from that the cat is mint, I mean the intieror looks
brand new!
I think the car is a slant 6?
it has factory AC but it doesn't blow cold.
So I was wondering what it's worth?
thanks
Ken

it all depends on the person buying the car. but in my opinion its worth about 2-3 grand. but that would be if i was looking for the car. some body might want the car and they would most likely offer more for it you never know.

Yes, 2 to 3 thousand is about right. The very low mileage makes it nearly unique.
The Swinger was the low dollar very basic version of the Dart. If it were a factory 340 V8, the car would have some collector value in its own right. As it is, the low mileage is the only collectible feature it has. If you sell, it may be handy to have proof the miles are original (service receipts) and it has not been around the clock 5 times. Without the proof, its just another basic old car.
My father in law had one just like yours, with rubber floor mats, taxi cab interior and no radio.

You are most welcome. If you do sell, ask more $$$ initially and try on E Bay, first.
