Throttle Stuck...Won't start now....help!!

I went to start my truck the other day and the throttle stuck..engine shut-off by itselft very quickly. I cannot get it to start again. It turns over just fine but does not seem to be getting any fuel. The fuel pumps are working, the inertia shut-off switch is fine. The only idea I have left is that the WOT cutout relay has tripped but I have no idea where that is on this truck. Any other ideas or can you help me with where WOT relay is?? Thanks for the help.
