something weird or just me...

ok recently i changed the oil, 5w-30 5.7 qts with filter (as owner manual said...) i used mobile 1 synthetic...
the car ran fine, and i pushed the car a little down the highway... automatic so with wide open throttle, the car shifts at 6100 rpm, quite suprising, because i use to push the car to that rpm range with e-shifter.
well after a while of driving like that i started slowing down (getting near home) and what not... and finally got home.. when i stoped and idle.. the car seem louder than before and the idle is somewhat shaky... and if i turn on the ac the rpm wiggles a little for about a good 20 seconds.
i didn't notice this before.. so i am not sure if it is normal for the a/c part.. but the idle.. what could of caused it? or is that normal too and i am just thinking too much..
it isnt much louder than before, but it just like.. i cant describe it i think it might be me hahah... well... when i feel the steering wheel idling, i feel pulsing vibration.. very light though.. so yeah thats it.
