Yes, try a K & N Filter kit, Magna Flow muffler, Bosh Platnuim plugs, and a brand of blend synthetic oil. My 00 XJ has all the above and at 84,000 still runs 80+ with 30" tires. Also if you don't mind getting dirty, replace your differential fluid with full synthetic.
