parking light switch on gsr cluster

where is the parking light switch on a gsr cluster, putting in AC S7 gauges in and i have to find the parking light switch to connect the black wire to it, anyone know which one is the parking light switch?

also i can't seem to be able to take off the black instrument panel, how do you do this?
