2001 toyota celica gt problems

I was wondering if anyone can help me out. I am selling a 2001 celica gt but cannot sell it unlil I resolve this problem. When the gas cap is removed and gas tank filled up, car starts and immediately dies. after starting and stopping 4 or 5 tries car idles rough and barely runs in drive for 30 seconds or more..check engine light comes on with codes 441 & 446 evap cannister no purge & no vent codes. a new evap cannister has been replaced plus a new gas cap & map sensor. problem still persists. A wiring problem???..any ideas out there to resolve this problem???
