Power Steering Problem - 99SE

Greets --

I'm having to fill my power steering fluid every 15 miles, but it's not leaking out anywhere? The whole underside of the car is clean.

Mechanic is baffled!

Can it be getting into cooling, engine, vacuum, etc?

Any help would be appreciated.

Turns out there was about a quart of fluid in the tie-rod bellows -- mechanic got sprayed when he loosened the clamp...
