Fuse Panel, 1996 Ford Explorer

Hi! I just bought a 1996 Ford Explorer and it didn't come with an owner's manual. My left headlight is not working, and I think it is a fuse problem, but I don't know which one. Can someone please help me. Thank you soooo much.

The left is #4 and the right headlight (for testing purposes) is #8
