Integra Idling??

I've noticed lately that some days when idling the car idle's where it always has idled. but the past couple months some days it will dip down to half of where it usually idle's. Anyone know of why this is happening? i was thinking about possibly getting a grounding kit for the car but i'd rather get some input on this first before i start throwin money into it. the first thing you should do is check your timing and also check your fuel pressure. sometimes a clogged fuel filter will affect your idle.

how do you check the timing of the car? i recently replaced the fuel filter about 5 months ago probably.... let me know.. thanks
