problem with the dash board light

97 Rodeo. The left side of the dash board light turned off recently. The side which has sign for Oil and Battery. The light turns on fine on the right side (the side which has sign for gas etc). Is it simple to change the bulb? Could it be a fuse? I checked all the fuses and didn’t see any bad.
