need help having fuel problems

my sisters car wont start. it says fuel cut when i go to start it. i checked the fuel pump switch and its still ok. this car sucks and is pissing me off anyone help me out here? :banghead: :banghead:

i'm sure this isnt the same thing but i had a 94 SE and with mine the light popped up and my car would die..the only way i could get it to go was keep the rpm up when i was at stop lights i'd have my foot on the gas and brake...problem with mine was my EGR valve had to be replaced..not sure if this will help much..i dont know much 'bout cars but thats what i was told
