I went to a shop today to get my shocks/springs installed and they told me i am going to need a camber kit (front and rear). the problem is that they told me they would have to drop it first to see how much Negative camber it is going to have. i was going to get camber kit online but dont know which one is needed. going to be lowered on H&R sports. which camber kit would be good to get?

Progress Tech makes a awesome camber kit.
I have one for me on order, and I installed my buddies last weekend. Awesome results.
The progress kit has settings for both 0-1.5" drop and 1.6" on.
So whatever drop you have, you just need to install accordingly.

bah! don't listen to them. you lower the car, adjust the camber kit, and then be done. you just need to be sure if you're going to do a huge drop you get a camber kit that can adjust that much. if you're only lowering 2" or so then any old kit will work.
they only make a kit for the front. for the rear you can get a longer bolt (if necessary) and a couple of washers. my car is a lil over slammed 3/4 the way down the coilovers. we used the stock bolt and added 1-2 washers and my rear camber is in great shape.
as i told somebody else today: you probably could find yourself a thick ass washer and be done in the rear

I have gotten down this installing the camber kit thing. I have installed 4 differnt ones in different cars. all the way around I can do it in about 2 hours including grinding the front fender wells if needed. If Ami doesnt mind we can do it at her house. That should only take you about 20 mins to do both sides.
