Tool T10029

I have a 2000 Jetta with the Vr6 engine. The manual says to remove rhe spark plug wires I need tool T10029. Where can I get one(or make one). Thanks,

Type that number into Google & you will see a pile of companies that sell them. The metal ones hold up better.
