Does anyone know how to hook up to big speakers that i want to be in my trunk? Like what do i need and how do i get wires back there to hook up to the speakers. Does and one no how or a website that could help me hook it up? By the way my car is a 94 thunder bird.

You really need to get some real help for this one. Go to your nearest car audio store, and they can tell you what you need.

But to sum it up, you will need a head unit running to an amp, which then runs to your subs (the big speakers).

Try going to best buy. Their return policies suck, so I don't shop there (for the record), but at least they can tell you exactly what you need.

I just hooked mine up a couple of weeks ago, I ran the patch cable and the remote wire through the dash on the passeneger side, dropped it down through the panelling and to the back seat under the door molding. From there I just stuffed it between the seat and the paneling around the top of the seat if you pull the cushion a little to the side and move some padding theres a hole that goes back to the trunk. I ran the amp power cable underneath the upper edge of the driverside fender (wheelwell) and got it to the the interior by poking a hole in the tubing that the door harnesses run through (make sure you seal over the hole). from there just run it back like on the passenger side.

but make sure you get a really good ground and that the wires arn't moving around alot because it can cause them to start to chafe and then you will have shorts i worked at a car audio for 3 years i know that if you brought it to best buy or circuit city they would do a really good job but it really isn't worth the money if you can do it your self

the am is self explanitory just plug in the rca's whit and red plugs to the deck and the amp where the input side is and the remote is usually blue and white or just blue or you can use the wire comming out of the deck labeled remote/power antenna and power and ground then run speaker wires to the box just don't go buy a 20.00 kit spend the extra 60.00 and get at least 4 gauge you will defentley like it alot better it is a huge difference
