I've stolen my share of cars/motorcycles and all I can tell you is that you need to get theft insurace, there is no sure way of you getting your friends car back. The only way i would think is if there not professionals but from what you say it has already been taken to a chop shop. So i highly doubt you will ever see it again.

My regards,

The chop shop is in there freaking back yard. Theres parts everywhere in the back. That 10-12' garage out back is possibly were they de assemble the cars. I am fully aware of it not gunna be fully intact. We just want the ppl put to justice.

The only problem with sneaking in there is theres a possibility of not returning. 10+ guy living in that little mobile home.

LOL god damn your dealing with some crackheads. Heres what your choices are, Wait for the police to do anything ,Hire a private investigator or take matters in your own hand.

Edit : Also forgot that when i got popped for stealing i talked to a grandtheftauto Detective and judgeing by those pics i belive that you would have one in your county.

Well hes got a friend in the military so if you really wanna screw them over go to his house and look for some c4 and go underthe mobile home and attach it to the positive and negative wires on there electric outlet.

when they flip a light switch there won't be a chopchop anymore :)

They should lie and say they saw an orange panel in the driveway. And claim it was moved later or some shit.

Either that or ask the local residents of the neighbourhood.

I don't rely on the cops for anything they suck. They should've lied about the location of the sale too.

I agree with "Um...Nameless Dork" . If i ever caught a P.O.S. tryin to steal my camaro I'd physically show you how much i think of you car thieves. i'm surprised no other car owners here have said this yet not to mention that ECOT3C didn't say nothin.

Look ECOT3C what you gotta do is be 100% sure the chop shop is there. When and if you are 100% sure get a whole group of friends (like 20 or more), invest in some baseball bats and go crack some heads till you find the car. I've actually done this before to thieves who were tryin to break into my house.... me and my friends chased them down the street with baseball bats... it wasn't pretty for them in the end :evillol:

Hmmm, that police dept. isn't following procedures that well. For one they have probable cause to believe that a crime was committed. These sound like young punk cops that get their kicks off of giving fix it tickets, rather then getting in the criminals face, and fixing the community. Does it surprise me that the police dept's. are filled with these people? NOPE!!! I failed background investigation with Portland Oregon and the L.A. Sheriff's dept. because I was considered too violent due to having a baseball bat at work for protection (Well that and a practice katana~AKA no blade~). Meanwhile I watched prejudice punks get into the police dept. with a scholarship. They have the matching serial numbers from the car parts. Like geez that is probable cause. Go get the warrant and search the property. I doubt he will get much back, and contrary to popular belief, criminals aren't stupid. They will get rid of the parts before a warrant is obtained. I guess teh $45-50K everyone spends per cop is well worth it every year to get tickets.
