Possible '73 Vette Project

I was wondering if anyone else has done this project, and if so, how "do-able" is it? What I want to do is simple...a 383 Stroker and a new Borg Warner T56-6 Speed in a 73 Vette. Let me know of any huge modifications that have to be done, or if this is a simple drop-in.
