Flashing dash and hazard lights

2000 Pontiac Grand Am, after a long trip ( 300 miles each way ), the car yesterday had a problem where the entire dash lights would flash and the hazards/turn signals would flash on and off.

Today when starting the car, it did the same thing. Waited 30 minutes, and it started fine, no flashing lights.

Anyone ever experience this?
