How much HP am I pushing?(I know its sad)
1995 Eclipse GS
No airbox(one of those free mods)
No Mufler-Cut out and placed a pice of pipe their.

How much would that go up if I put a K&N their?

Could I beat a non-turbo gen 1 talon?

depends on the amb temp and altitude you live. i'd say 132, thats just a guess. maybe 138-140 with an k&m. as for the 1g talon. depends on how good of a diver you are. their the same car.

They are not the same car. That is a gen 1 and I have a Gen 2. My car is 140 stock.

The thing is with gen 1 talons is that. Non-turbo's most of them are only pushing 95hp stock. And I think it is the ESI's push 135.

Let me clear things up for you. 95 eclipse is a 2nd gen. If you have the 420a motor you will not beat a stock 4g63. Need a few more mods. By the way stock non turbo 4g63 have 140hp. And yes it all depends on the driver.

the Talon ESi has 140 stock, and tha Eclispe RS / GS has 140 stock

I took off half the air box(connected to the car). I have the filter zip tied on rest of the airbox. I took off part of the air box not my intake dick. I am a beginer in DSM and somewhat in cars.

Best i can tell you is race one and see where you stand. Your car is a 1995 gs, probably with a high amount of miles. Your car is at a point were the condition it's in makes a big difference on how well it performs. I've seen 2 same year, same model Probes (not the best example, but an example non the less) race, and one of 'em beat the other by 3 car lengths because it was treated better than the other probe was. Another example, again not the best, but closer to the eclipse, would be 2 neons, same year, same engine, completely identical. My dude and his girl own these two neons. My dude was telling me a few days ago that he drove his girlfriends, and it literally felt twice as powerful as his does. So, my best answer for you is, put your car out there, see how you do, and stand by that. Not to pun anyone or be an asshole by any means, but don't go by where your car "should" stand, go find out first hand where it "does" stand.

I am a real pussy when it comes to racing. The cops in my town have increased 2x in the last year. But that is something I have to work on. Once my new ecu gets here and everything works I am gunna race.

If you are scared, then DON'T RACE. I'm not trying to be a dick. I am just trying to look out for you. If you aren't confident in your ability to drive and run (if need be) then don't do it because you might regret it. Oh, and I am not condoning running from the police.

I am just afraid of getting caught by the cops. I am fine with my driving. Just the law and me dont mix. My car is too slow to run and it is too small of a town to really run. But it has been done.

I agree with both ducky and real_madridcf. I'm with Ducky, because if your scared, your gonna freeze up and get someone, if not yourself hurt. So if your honestly scared about racing in any way, it's better off if you don't. And like read_madridcf said, take it to the track. Nobody ever said you had to race on the streets. I stopped street racing last August, and the next time i plan to race is at Norwalk Raceway in June.
Now, about the cops... Let me put it to you this way. Out of every ticket i have ever recieved, absolutely none of them were for anything related to street racing. My fastest ticket was 53 in a 35 coming home from work. That ticket was also a few days after i pulled 130mph on the highway against a civic. If your careful, and don't try to show yourself off by revving and shit, and watch around you(which you should be doing anyways), you shouldn't get caught. Remember, even when your racing, you should be a defensive driver.

I have only ever gotten one speeding ticket.. when I was 16. I had a 300zx. Not good for a cocky kid in my town. I got nailed doing 112 in a 55, racing on a public highway, reckless endangerment, and not wearing my seatbelt to boot! not the brightest move I"ve ever made. although, 5 years later, here I am. no more tickets. I learned my lesson. racing is definitely fun, and sometimes necessary. just becareful where and when you do it. if someone you know or don't know for that matter, continues to psuh you to race, give them a date, a time, and a place... and do it right. if they don't show, they weren't worth your time. this way, you can have it fair, and safe. you can't beat that. leave the racing to the track. drive responsibly. (wow... I"m getting old... can you tell I'm a criminal justice major?)

Not to be rude, but jumping in another thread, bumping someone else's topic out the window doesn't help the situation. Secondly, The reason most people aren't too much of help on turbo conversions is because most people assume doing a turbo conversion means your going from the 420a to a 4g63t, which is possible, but expensive, so our advice to you would be to sell the car and get a turbocharged one. But since you have the non-turbo 4g63, i assume you have 1g, and i honestly have no clue if that works, nor would the common user around here. If you want joematthews attention, best way to get it would prolly be PMing him.
