i got an 03 cavy and i wanted to see how fast i could it so i just went i got it up to over 105 and never had a prob with the limiter or anything, but a week or so later i tried it again and around 80 i heard a whining noise(like what you hear when you run on the white line on the road) i slowed down then tried it again and it did it again i asked my friend and he said it might be the tires.
does anyone here know what the noise is

i had an older pair of tires and right before one of them blew out, i got what sounds like what ur getting. When i got to about 85MPH i would get a vibration from the tires that felt like those rumble strips on the highway.

Jeez! I'm surprised yer tires aren't all square by now.
Hope ya don't mind buying lots of 'em.
Speed won't harm a tire, usually-unless it's not rated for EXTENDED high speed driving-which means it can't dissipate the heat well enough to keep itself from separating/flying apart, etc.
All that other "skillful" driving just beats the hell outta 'em-and if you have damaged them previously doing that kind of driving-high speed will finish them off quickly.
Prolly separated a belt or binding on a couple of them.
